Pros
I joined LVI Associates/Phaidon Immediately out of college and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The culture is amazing, and the opportunity is unmatched. You can come in here and have an opportunity to earn a lot of money at a young age. But it is not a "get rich quick" scheme, it takes a lot of grit and hard work in order to find success here. It is a KPI driven business and if you meet those objectives over a consistent amount of time, you will see the success that is promised to you during the interview process. This is definitely a company that you can join as a fresh college grad and turn it into a career, but it is what you put into it.
Cons
This job is not for everyone, there are high expectations that are not only from management, but you also need to hold yourself to high expectations in order to succeed. This is not a job that you can come into and coast and expect to find success.
