Pros
Renown company with good benefits and descent salary. Bonuses and Christmas party. After a number of years employees may qualify for a pension.
Cons
The environment was very hectic with no work-life balance. Employees are not allowed to leave company during lunch break without going through security check. The logistics team at the Cranbury Distribution Center was not led properly, very poor working environment.
