In my oppinion everything depends on the chief u r working with, but in my position I'm not overload, I've time for education, leading new projects and work with highly qualified professionals
Cons
I don't really have any cons but selary decreasing due to exchange rate devaluation. I lost in $ 2/3 of my salary
