Pros

LVT has significant growth potential in various industries, and it sells a product many will purchase. They set specific annual goals and monitor progress towards them efficiently.

Cons

LVT is facing some serious issues that are affecting its employees, including a poor parental leave policy, strict in-office requirements, and a lack of professional development programs. Moreover, the company has a haphazard approach to hiring, in which they recruit more employees than necessary and then eliminate those they do not like for personal reasons. Executives have been heard saying that they want to hire the most people for the lowest possible cost. Communication about ongoing issues and growth opportunities is limited. You will be left to figure out a lot on your own. During the company's kickoff meeting, Executives openly discussed that all employees are replaceable and that the company's history will always come first.

Pros

Great perks/benefits, exciting growth, top performing talent. It's at that fun stage where they have the infrastructure and resources of an established company, but there's definitely still a scrappy startup mentality due to the rapid growth that they're experiencing. So if you're a creative problem-solver, it's a great place to be.

Cons

Not very many to be honest.

Pros

Very good culture, great leadership and great product

Cons

Lots of changes with accounts and territories, then changing again. Really bad SFDC data leading to teams working accounts out of vertical which can be annoying (smb vs midmarket vs enterprise etc). But once they figure out the final changes and commit to something, I think it'll be great.
