Pros

I've been at LiveView for a few years now and there have been some real low points and some more recent highs. This is fundamentally a great product that makes a real difference for our customers. It does what it says it does most of the time, and most customers are successful and doubling down on LVT. Some recent key leadership hires make me excited about the future and potential of LVT to actually right the ship and capitalize on the opportunity. The teams that are invested in moving the ball forward are fantastic and I love my department and team specifically. We've got a great, high-functioning org in Customer Success with lots of opportunities for growth and competitive pay. Middle managers care and are invested in promoting their team. I feel that my managers actually see the work I put in and consistently reward the ones on the team who are putting in the most effort.

Cons

Leadership historically has moved too slow and too late to deliver new product enhancements. Our Product team has completely turned over no less than 4 times in the few years I've been here and we have very little to show for it. Customers are being promised product enhancements that we cannot deliver and it has created frustration and bad customer experience. C-Suite leadership has not taken responsibility for key mistakes that have set the overall vision and direction of the company back. We have stalled in our trajectory only because we can't seem to align on a direction and push departments to rally around it. It seems like priorities shift so often that teams get burnt out and no longer seem invested in pushing us forward. Huge disparity in effort and ownership across departments. Some teams put their blood, sweat, and tears into making sure customers have a good experience while other teams seem to be phoning in the bare minimum effort. Very little accountability for the mediocre performance of some teams means that the ones who care end up shouldering more of the load to keep the lights on and to keep customers happy.

Pros

Great perks/benefits, exciting growth, top performing talent. It's at that fun stage where they have the infrastructure and resources of an established company, but there's definitely still a scrappy startup mentality due to the rapid growth that they're experiencing. So if you're a creative problem-solver, it's a great place to be.

Cons

Not very many to be honest.

Pros

The pros don’t outweigh the cons.

Cons

On the surface, this company looks impressive—modern office, exciting tech, and plenty of perks. But those are distractions from deeper, ongoing cultural issues. If you’re considering a role here, don’t stop at the highlight reel. Read through recent employee reviews carefully and look for patterns. The same concerns come up repeatedly for a reason. The culture is heavily driven by optics and leadership perception rather than outcomes. Instead of focusing on solving problems, there is a noticeable tendency to manage appearances. This creates an environment where being aligned with leadership matters more than being effective or honest. Meetings are often unproductive and, at times, confrontational. Rather than fostering collaboration, discussions can turn into finger-pointing or defensive conversations, which slows progress and erodes trust across teams. There are also ongoing concerns around inclusivity and equitable treatment. Not all employees feel equally supported or valued, and efforts to address this have historically lacked consistency and urgency. Leadership has, at times, delayed addressing serious internal issues, which has had a direct impact on morale and retention. When accountability feels inconsistent, it becomes difficult for teams to trust leadership decisions. While there have been some recent changes at the leadership level, culture does not shift overnight. Based on consistent feedback and lived experience, there is still significant work to be done. If you’re considering joining—especially within service operations or sales—go in with clear expectations, ask direct questions, and make sure you fully understand the environment you’re stepping into.
