Beautiful product, good commission and decent pay and benefits, flexible schedule

There is little room to move up or grow and most efforts to go above and beyond are unnoticed. Sales associates ate not trusted and made to feel easily replaceable. Sales associates are expected to perform with little support or even having basic materials to uphold high brand status. For a relatively small company it is very out of touch and behind the times
