Pros

The product is really beautiful, I also liked the range of the products. The employee discounts are also great

Cons

Very poor and low qualified management in Spain. My managers didn't speak English and didn't have any idea of luxury market and luxury client. Yes, perhaps they are good sales people but that is not enough for a manager in a luxury company. I was surprised they speak only Spanish working for international company! The biggest con is that they expect the same type of the employee, so they can understand and manipulate him\her. Another aspect that is REALLY negative is that they use interns to work as a sales associate in all the Spanish stores so that they can save the money. The money they pay for interns is ridiculously low (less that 10.000 eur per year). Generally what they want is a Sales Associate that does all the type of work including store manager work with very high sales performance at the same time. Again, the salary of Sales Associate is also low for level of luxury company.

Pros

The company cares about their employees. Lots of perks and discounts on hotel stays all over the country.

Cons

As a bartender, we didn’t have a barback and it was a lot of work for not very great tips. I was told my expectations for the tip out were very reasonable during the interview but the paychecks didn’t compare to those numbers at all.
