      The Brand and the people - 90% are friendly, passionate and care about the brand

      Cons

      People in very senior Csuite positions that have no right making business decisions and micro managing elements that should be left the individual departments and heads. A complete restructure would be needed and to cut the 'head off the snake' before it will experience success..

      Pros

      The company cares about their employees. Lots of perks and discounts on hotel stays all over the country.

      Cons

      As a bartender, we didn’t have a barback and it was a lot of work for not very great tips. I was told my expectations for the tip out were very reasonable during the interview but the paychecks didn’t compare to those numbers at all.
