At La Petite Academy, Human Resources is willing to take a risk on people to see if they are capable of doing a job. You do not have to have 100 years of experience to get a staff job here. This does provide opportunity to people who need a chance. I strongly believe that Vice President of Human Resources truly cares about the Associates, both professionaly and personally. There is also a broad amount of work that needs to be done. There is opportunity to take on as much work as once cares to ty. Someone can create an excellent niche for someone.
Cons
At La Petite Academy, Management actively searches for people who are moderately qualified for positions to ensure a mild amount of competence while not having to pay full market value. Game playing and favourtism are a norm for this organization. Don't bother trying to make a full career at this company. You can probably get a job there, but you will get paid poorly, won't get any recognition, and will most likely be shocked about how bad the IT systems are. Once, one of the main servers at the company went down for 3 days. After three days of analysis, it was determined that the server was unplugged.
