Pros

LaSalle was a really cool company--everyone who works there genuinely seemed to LIKE what they do, and really like who they worked with! There were so many positive celebrations, awards, recognitions of employees doing well...they know how to motivate and they actually cared about me as a person, not just as an employee. I've worked at another company and it was quite the opposite, culture wise. People didn't know their co-workers names, there was no recognition...it was just 8-5, clock in and clock out. LaSalle is a place where if you put in the effort, you receive results (money, promotions etc.) and I think that's a pretty rare thing these days. I left because I wanted to get out of recruiting, and more into the HR field. LaSalle helped me find a job!! An employer who helps you find a job when you tell them you are looking to leave for different opportunities? Does that happen!? Because it did to me. I'm very grateful for that...it was a very amicable departure.

Pros

Working with their recruiter, Rachel Holmes was absolutely amazing. She brings an intentional and refreshing take on recruitment and shows genuine interest and care in roles she brings to the table, and ensures the role not only matches your needs now, but goals in the future as well. This group is very very lucky to have someone like her!

Pros

If you dedicate the time and grow your client relationships, you have uncapped opportunity to make a decent amount of money. It's a very what you put in you will get out environment. The goals are clear of what you need to hit which is something I like. The people at LaSalle are overall inclusive and easy to get to know. Everyone reaches out very quickly to help set you up for success, take you to lunch and make you feel welcome. Recruiters and sales have a solid relationship overall and work well as partners.

Cons

Your weeks can be up or down and if you aren't highly organized and consistent with strong mental toughness, sales will just be a battle from the start. There is also a ramp up period if you don't come from the industry already that takes time and can be frustrating in the beginning.
