Great work atmosphere. People are great. Ideal for recent college grads or experienced industry personnel.
Cons
High turnover rate is a result of recent college grads looking to move the next level, but not yet considered experienced by Covance standards. In other words, you must leave and return for promotions. VERY low pay for internal employees. The pay scale does not reflect geographical location. Standard company policy states employee promotions receive between 3-15% increase (an act of God is needed to get 15%) regardless if market salary is far greater. Similar jobs within 10 miles radius pays minimum $10K more. Health benefits are extremely high, but who's isn't..
