- very kind and supportive colleagues (peers and management) - good staff benefits - company is willing to change and listen to employee

- very fast paced (so, this can be a pros / cons) - Company direction changes with top management (which also can be a pro/con; as previous management is not an ideal workplace but now, it has changed)
