Pros

One of the things I love most about Lady Jane’s is that the opportunities are truly endless. Your success is driven by your own ambition, work ethic, customer service, and the effort you put in every day. The harder you work, the more you earn. What sets Lady Jane’s apart is that they don’t just give you a chair.. They give you the tools, guidance, and business-building support to become a successful, consistently booked stylist. Your earning potential isn’t capped; the only limits are the ones you place on yourself. It’s a genuinely mutually beneficial relationship where both the stylists and the business continue to grow together through the culture, coaching, and support they provide. Every year I’ve been here, I’ve continued to make more money than the year before. I also love that our corporate team is made up of people who started behind the chair themselves. They truly understand what it’s like to be a stylist, and you always have a mentor dedicated to your store who you can lean on for guidance and support. Over the last two years, I’ve grown tremendously, both professionally and personally. I feel genuinely appreciated, supported, and invested in, and I honestly can’t imagine working anywhere else.

Cons

Honestly can’t think of anything!

Pros

If you're motivated and enjoy staying busy, this is a great place to build your career. The client base is consistent, so you have the opportunity to grow your income instead of waiting around for clients to walk in. I love that every day is different, and there's always a chance to learn from the people around you. The team environment is supportive, management wants to see you succeed, and there are opportunities to grow if you're interested in taking on more responsibility. The guys are fun to work with, the atmosphere is laid back, and the days go by fast.

Cons

This isn't the type of salon where you can sit around and expect a slow, easy day. It can get busy, especially during peak times, so you need to be comfortable working at a steady pace and staying organized. Weekends and evenings are some of the busiest shifts, but that's also when you have the best opportunity to make great money. If you're looking for a place where you can grow your clientele, stay busy, and be rewarded for your work, it's definitely worth it.
