Pros
It’s easy to get hired. They literally hire everyone. Even if you have quit 3 times, they will let you right back in!
Cons
They make you sign as an independent contractor, but treat you as an employee, which is illegal. They have seven million people in “corporate”, but between everyone, it takes MONTHS to get basic necessities fixed. Oh and fun fact, they make *employees* pay for toilet paper, FULL PRICE BACKBAR PRODUCT, everything! They tolerate workplace harassment, and will hire anyone that says they can cut hair (never once saw a technical interview). This place was the worst place I have ever worked in my life and is run by crooks. Lastly, they cut our commission from 50% to 40% because they “upped pricing” overall leaving us with less commission and tip money. Worked here back in 2014 & I see literally nothing has changed, and if anything is run worse.
