This company is family owned and family oriented. Many of our employees are married or related in some way, it is encouraged if they are the right fit. Laitram is so culturally diverse and I feel that really sets us apart from other major corporations. Laitram believes in promoting from within and encouraging growth within your department or within the company. I literally look forward to what is in store for me each day!
