Pros

Solid training and resources. Co-workers are helpful and want you to succeed. Top management is directly involved, often asks for feedback, and doesn't micromanage.

Cons

For someone who needs direction from supervisors in daily work, or isn't good about asking for help when needed, this won't be a good fit as a technician is independent all day every day.

Pros

Company provides vehicle and covers consumables used in repairs

Cons

Poor employee culture. Outsourced most of their office staff to another country, which made the last minute routing a nightmare at times. Many times schedule would change or be significantly cut back within 24hrs without any heads up. 100% remote work, difficult to communicate within a large and disconnected series of groupchats. Base pay is locked and bonus “potential” goes up on a percentage with performance reviews. Management gaslights you into believing you’ll make 6 figures annually and then drowns you in lowest bidder warranty jobs which benefits the company as a preferred servicer but on an individual basis makes very little profit. In addition it is the burden of the employee to store a significant amount of inventory in their home without compensation. Company app software prone to issues especially when cell signal is bad.
