Lake Seminole Square is not only the BEST community for seniors, but also is the BEST community for associates. I have been employed here since 1994. Lake Seminole Square has numerous tenured employees from the front line associates to management, all of whom are committed to providing outstanding service in the senior living industry. Lake Seminole Square promotes growth of their employees. Over my tenure, I have been able to complete my college degrees by utilizing educational opportunities afforded to me by Lake Seminole Square. I have also had the opportunity successfully grown into many positions.
Cons
Honestly, it is very difficult to identify cons as this community really promotes growth, advancement opportunities and an unwavering commitment to it residents and associates.
