Pros

Flexible schedule, Cafeteria, great co workers. The profit share is a nice boost at the end of the year too.

Cons

Lack of communication, too much middle management. Has great potential, but needs to get away from favoring people. Definitely a "who you know" kind of company.

flexible schedule ok starting pay for younglings wonderful coworkers office is nice, and full remote is an option
