I started at Lakeshirts & was immediately impressed during orientation. You learn about the company and get to visit each of the different departments to see how crucial each role is in the lifestyle of making a garment. It's a fun place to work & everyone is very helpful in making you feel welcome. It's very nice to have a cafeteria right in the building with a variety of food everyday that is affordable. There is a profit-share plan annually, so if the company makes money, you make money! Win-win! Lakeshirts has done a great job of putting hard-working employees in leadership roles & they motivate employees to reach goals & excel. I would definitely recommend Lakeshirts as a great place to work!
