Feel cared about for the most part. Job is super easy.

Cons

Refuses to test and soft launch, will not beef up the IT department, 6 members for an over 600+ staff count is not enough. The pay is abysmal, after being here for over 4 years I have went up only $3.50 an hour and told that they can not pay more yet the ceos will shell out thousands for new buildings and sales reps instead of the 'lower' staff members. Money and Time is all they care about.

flexible schedule ok starting pay for younglings wonderful coworkers office is nice, and full remote is an option

Cons

very low/no yearly pay increases inefficient communication pushing AI hard, does not answer questions
