I liked the people I worked with.

Cons

Most of working there was pretty dismal. Lots of OT which I didn't really want or need. The pay was pretty horrible for the amount and type of work with little to look forward to with raises. For a larger company they also offered horrible benefits.

flexible schedule ok starting pay for younglings wonderful coworkers office is nice, and full remote is an option

Cons

very low/no yearly pay increases inefficient communication pushing AI hard, does not answer questions
