They have a lot of remote positions which creates nice flexibility.

Cons

Good ol’ boy network. If you aren’t in with the click then good luck. Upper management does not understand the market or what it takes retain good employees.

flexible schedule ok starting pay for younglings wonderful coworkers office is nice, and full remote is an option
