      Each Plant is it's own microcosm, so this is just one location. Great flexibility, large, quiet workspace. Coffee and other beverages provided. Lunch provided periodically. Consistent hours and workload. Little to no expectation to work outside work hours.

      Cons

      Large raises are rare. Not a huge amount of room for advancement if not in sales. Health Coverage is just ok.
