Pros
Good corporate training, interesting products, small local office. Coworkers were great.
Cons
Passive aggressive manager, one of my markets was 3 hours away, cut car allowance, even though covid showed management it's possible to work from home they want salespeople in the office. How commissions were earned changed frequently.
