Lamar is very professional. We usually work in small teams but always know we are part of a large, dynamic, successful company. Our turnover is low and people work for Lamar for a very long time which speaks volumes in the current employment environment. I couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
Cons
As with any sales organization, budgets always go up and that is always the challenge.
