Pros
Friendly, supposedly supportive environment. Flexible, until you have a chronic mental illness.
Cons
Working at Lamar Advertising was a disillusioning experience. While they feign support, it's evident that money takes precedence over employee well-being. Despite fostering what I thought were close relationships with my boss and higher-ups, it became clear they prioritized profit over diversity and inclusion initiatives. Do not recommend working for corporate, they have no qualms about laying off dedicated employees. Lamar Advertising's priorities are not what they should be, and they lack the ability to provide stability. HR wields significant influence over reviews, masking the company's true nature. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear. I know the people viewing this will know who I am and this is how serious I am.
