You know the company is constantly looking to innovate. This is true on the local level as well as the corporate level.
Cons
There isn't a consistent view on Remote vs In-House work. Some Managers see the benefit but others don't, and unfortunately there isn't a corporate stance on it to refer to, so it leaves employees unsure of their options.
