      Pros

      Well-run company with a family atmosphere. Strong growth mentality and upward career development potential. Good leadership structure.

      Cons

      The company 401K match is not good. The PTO isn't great either but it is better than the 401K match. There aren't any sick days either, you'll have to use PTO if you get sick.
