The administration is awful. Most of the upper admins fly by the seat of their pants. Instead of being proactive, they are reactive. Policies are written after things occur, rather than to foreseeing possible problems. They pay is horrible. The benefits are very good. Very rarely do you get a question answered as an employee without receiving the run-around. Administration takes days, and sometimes weeks to return phone calls or emails.
