Great benefits, work environment is very positive, work load is little. Expect slow pace work environment

Cons

You'd be very unlikely to be hired if you don't have relationships with anyone that's willing to offer you the job in advance. They interviewed all qualified applicants just to follow the procedure and not get sued but who gets hire was almost 99 percent of the time pre determined.
