Pros

It’s outside, not at a desk all day, different work activities (non repetitive). Good experience in a chemical plant

Cons

Morale is low. Turnover is high. Management could easily develop plans to fix the plants biggest problems (Turnover, preventative maintenance, overwork, wasted resources/time) but they are willfully ignorant or indifferent (Idk which is worse)
