Pros
The insurance is good, the pay is good, and the people are tolerable. You (theoretically) get as much time off in a full rotation as you work.
Cons
It’s twelve-hour swing shifts—and the turnover can be high for the work, which means you’ll likely be filling in on small crews when someone gets sick or takes another job at least somewhere in your 28-day cycle of shifts.
