Pros
Good wages, benefits, etc. They treat their employees well and got good hours most of the year, although in winter I would sometimes get like 30 hours in a week, so be prepared for a little less income during that part of the year. (I worked on production line doing sanitation work).
Cons
Found it hard to bid for new jobs... They kept me in the same position when I wanted to move to a better job.
