Pros
Working with the onsite team was amazing, rent discount was nice, enjoyed work when I was still a Community Ambassador.
Cons
Working with upper management was super frustrating and we got basically zero support. They would ignore issues from onsite, causing them to escalate. This would make residents angry, and it was so hard because we knew what had to be done but did not have any power to make the final calls. We were constantly understaffed because we did not pay enough, and manager turnover was insane. I had four managers in one year. I was pulled in so many different directions because of our staffing problems and I got tired of doing manager level work without manager level pay.
