Pros

Culture Culture Culture. I can't say it enough. The value that is placed on relationships is second to none. Hybrid work schedules are available for those who are in the corporate offices. Jeans allowed in the office. Snacks provided. Many career opportunities.

Cons

Some positions are unable to have hybrid schedules. Trajectory seems to depend on your manager. Benefits could be better, but the company is actively working to improve offerings.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
