      Pros

      - Landmark gives young or inexperienced employees the opportunity to take on heavy responsibilities and grow your resume quickly - Landmark has a strong market and provides excellent job security- which has been proved to grow stronger during downturns - Landmark's executives aren't off in some faraway place- they work amongst everyone, pull their weight, and they strive to help the company teams - Landmark has THE industry leading team- in every department. It's not exaggeration; if you join this team- you'll be on another level.

      Cons

      - It's student housing. This isn't a con for me, but can be for others. We deliver/open new properties at the end of each summer, near move-in times. It's fast paced work and requires teamwork and critical thinking. If that doesn't suit you- you'll see this as a con.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

      Cons

      Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
