Pretty good, not the best - Leasing and Marketing Assistant Landmark Properties Employee Review

Pros

There is opportunity for comission pay based on how hard you work.

Cons

The company promotes opportunities to grow, but from my experience opted for people they didn't know with more experience rather than giving you a slight promotion on something you haven't done before. Your experience is going to depend alot on your particular manager. If they are no good, upper management will make exuses for them when issues are brought to their attention.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
