Pros

They have a good company culture and they people within your team really care about you. It has a fun ever-changing environment and it is rapidly growing. They like promoting from within as well which is nice. There are definitely different ways to grow as an individual and your career within the company.

Cons

They are working on getting up to par with benefits etc. Sometimes they can require more from you than what they are willing to pay for. While they do like promoting from within, they can sometimes have questionable hiring decisions, but not always. There is room for growth but what company doesn't have that.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
