Pros

Great pay and bonuses, trips, friendly upper management, a company that truly cares for their employees, Third Thursday is a monthly treat for your staff where you go out and spend company money bonding with your staff as a team.

Cons

There is a lot of reporting. I do feel like this is what makes them the best in the business though. They are not trying to waste your time with busy work, but it is not going to be hands off managing and super easy. Once you get it, you are good.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found this to be a positive opportunity for college students, as we strive to provide flexible roles that support both academic and professional development. We also recognize that working in student housing can involve engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including parents and guarantors, which can sometimes be challenging. Strong communication and customer service are an important part of these roles, and we aim to support our teams in navigating those interactions professionally and effectively

Pros

Great company to work for, And they really value their employees. They provide certification opportunities for maintenance technicians as well and a really care about your career development.

Cons

Maintenance technicians should get paid more and the medical insurance they offer doesn't cover a lot
