Pros

-Starting to hire very talented people into the company. -Exposure to potential costumers is increasing -Strong name in apparel industry

Cons

-Too many "cooks" are being hired for their ideas, not enough staff to do the labor/work load. This causes long hours for only part of the staff and an unhappy atmosphere. Most divisions need 1 or 2 more assistant/associate's to take on everything that needs to get done. -Training for your position/true guidelines for expectations is non-existent. Make it clear from the get go and keep all related positions the same: ie Assistant, Associate, Senior levels etc... too much fluctuation between divisions... nobody knows how to get themselves to the next level and instead of working towards it, they just go elsewhere. -During my exit review, HR asked me what Lands' End could do better. Instead of listening to constructive and thoughtful feedback, they spent most of the time arguing the advice... how will you get better and change if you can't even listen to the problem?
