Pros
I've been working at Langan going on 6 years, and grateful to work at a place where leadership truly cares about employees and is constantly looking for ways to better itself. The firm puts a high value on culture/engagement and offers everything from technical workshops that spotlight our junior staffs' work and provide them opportunities to present their accomplishments in front of senior leadership, to flying us out for an annual Manager's Forum to host various panels, workshops, and employee recognition/awards.
Cons
While working in a billable environment can be demanding, I'm given the autonomy/flexibility to get things done in the way most effective for me.
