Pros
They put a lot of effort into training their staff level. There are a lot of group events for the young employees, and internal training seminars. They pay well for staff levels compared to other competitors.
Cons
Over worked. They often throw you out in the field for long periods of time. If you are working under a manager that does not feel like training/helping you than you may not learn much.
