      Worked as an intern for Langan in the summer of 2016. They allowed me to travel to many different sites and experience environmental engineering outside of the classroom. Not much to do when I was in the office but overall great experience

      No office work for interns to do other than report writing

      Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

      Cons

      The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
