Pros

Hiring is one thing Langan seems to do really well. They bring on not just intelligent people but socially aware and caring people from all over the world.

Cons

The workload can be heavy, expectations are high. There is definitely a culture of high performance that can make work stressful and less enjoyable than it may be otherwise. Bottom line takes precedence over employee welfare, particularly for employees in the field.

Pros

Good exposure to high-profile projects, access to resources

Cons

The company is fast paced and often really puts the client first in front of anyone else. Fifty hour weeks are not uncommon here and at the staff level you may be stuck doing rather mundane tasks. Career progression is also a bit slow for most.
