Work hours may vary depending on call volume and client demand. Regarding overtime, LanguageLine follows all applicable local, state, and federal labor laws. Eligible employees are compensated for all overtime hours worked in accordance with these regulations. If an interpreter believes their hours or pay have been recorded incorrectly, we have protocols in place so that their concern can be reviewed and addressed through the appropriate process. LanguageLine values the contributions of all interpreters and remains committed to maintaining fair, lawful, and transparent employment practices.
