Coworkers and bosses regularly report to HR before trying to resolve issues with colleagues I opted out of signing a contract saying I was going to fully support specific new goals and initiatives my administrators implemented. I didn't agree with them, and felt uncomfortable signing to my support, but that was a problem and I was made to sign it on pain of being let go.
