      Pros

      Diverse population, a lot of support. The pay is adequate and the environment is nice. The classrooms have technology that is up to date so that helps.

      Cons

      Too many faculty so adjuncts have trouble getting classes. Another con is the parking. It is very difficult for employees to find parking here throughout the day.

      Pros

      LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
