      Great boss at LCC East campus, a total servant leader who cares about his employees .

      Cons

      Sometimes foreign students come in and the position requires to interact with them. If you are not patient, the cultural differences in communication can be hard to overcome.

      Pros

      LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
