      Pros

      Scheduling is very flexible. Nice amount of time off during holidays. Free parking sticker. Physical Fitness equipment and facilities are very nice and fee is very low for use.

      Cons

      Depending on department, political environment can be good or toxic. Very difficult to get full-time work and therefore benefits. Pay is low.

      Pros

      LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
