      Pros

      Very good people. Lots of room to learn and decide what types of direction you'd like to go into.

      Cons

      Low hourly salary. Payroll over paid me three times and then wanted to try to take it back. lol I ended up arguing with them and keeping it the second two times. :)

      Pros

      LCC pays well especially as compared to other colleges in the area. The advising team is very supportive of each other and works to maintain a collaborative culture.

      Cons

      Advising is not often appreciated by other units on campus. Often times, administrators complain about the effectiveness of the advising team. Constant critique is very devaluing.
